In 1991, Mr. Subhash Dhankar founded the agency that became Elements Advertising & Marketing. Starting with no clients and a staff of one, we built this company into one of the reputed advertising agency in Delhi in its early nineties. Our company’s history is the evolution of one man's thoughts, talents, and work ethic.

Founded by Mr. Subhash Dhankar in 2014, today Elements Infotech is one of the fastest growing company in providing IT infrastructure & solutions on various platforms. We use technology to empower customers by providing them with user- friendly solutions that enhance their productivity. 

" Elements Interior Studio was founded by Mr. Subhash Dhankar in 2010. We are team based in Mumbai. Our expertise encompasses concept, interior design, architectural planning, construction, specialist product sourcing, supply, project co-ordination and installation.

"United Motion Pictures" was founded by Mr. Subhash Dhankar in June 2013 in Mumbai. It is a member of IMPPA & other governing bodies. We plan to make & dedicate an excellent cinema to the world. We are planning to make Ad Films, Documentaries, Short Films, Feature Films, Web-series, Tele Series and many more platform to explore in future.

"Books Share Planet" idea came due to my daughter who is too fond of Books. We shared this idea of Book Share Planet with our development team.

When we sat down to start our own thing together. We wanted to spend our time building a service people wanted to use because it worked and saved them money and made their lives better in a small way.

Mr. Subhash Dhankar started "Credit Score Factory" after realizing the kind of impact it leaves on everyone's life, when he could not get credit to buy an AC due to the wrong updations in Credit Bureaus then he created a Credit Score Improvement Company & created a revolutionary product to help millions like him left behind by the credit scoring system. Therefore he came up with an idea to create a platform for the people who really needed Credit Expert's guidance with the right and simple solution to the people who needs to improve their credit score by consulting us.

"Dhankar Infrastructure" was established in April 2009. It was our sheer commitment to excellence and the way we had given our services to the customers in the field of Real Estate, Construction & property solutions. We are considered the one of the most prestigious name & brand. We are RERA Registered Consultants & One of the Top seller of all big builders in Mumbai.

 "Dhankar Properties" was founded in April 2008 in Kandivali (w) branch in Mumbai-India .It started its operation in three major cities, Deli, Mumbai & NCR. In Oct. 2009 “Dhankar Infrastructure” office was relocated to a Mall in Mind Space, Malad (west).Dhankar Properties can now proudly boast of being one of the most respected name & brand in its area of locations within a span of few years.

" Dhankar Financial Services" was founded by Mr. Subhash Dhankar in 2009. We are the Direct Sales Associates" (DSA) of all leading banks of india. We provide Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, Lease Rental Discount, Personal Loan & other financial services.

" NUDES INC." was Launched in 2011 in the heart of Malad (w),Mindspace in Evershine Mall, however due to unavoidable circumstances, we couldn't hold the establishment and had to shut. But you will glad to know that we are coming very soon again with our same brand in your close proximity. We never give up.

" La Tanz Salon was inaugurated in 2015 We are planing to Re-open "La Tanz salon" soon which was earlier shut down in 2017. We want to re-enter the challenging & most popular competitive field of beauty Industry with dynamism and full dedication with one aim to give full makeover to women & man and  to explore the new world on Planet Beauty.
